EastEnders’ favourite villainess Janine Butcher has bounced back into Walford, her naughtiness very much intact under a sleek new hairdo and a new-found belief in Judaism. Now the wicked witch of the East is set to cause even more trouble – by opening up a sleazy massage parlour.
The former hooker wastes no time getting up to her old tricks the minute she returns to Albert Square – much to the locals’ disgust. Dot Branning and Billy Mitchell organise a campaign to get the place shut down – but with Janine prepared to do whatever it takes to make her business a success, they're facing a massive fight.
An EastEnders source told the Daily Star: “At first no one knows what Janine is up to. She rents out a flat in the Square and tries to keep things as discreet as possible. But like most things in Walford, it doesn’t take the locals long to discover what she’s really up to.” Soap fans can see the sizzling plot unfold in the New Year.
